Like Aiai? Because in that match against Nemo in the video for example, fireballs were used only at close range for pressure. Which is not to say there aren't moments of zoning but they were very very few.

It's like SFIV's focus attack but instead of it doing an attack, she dashes behind you and then hits you from behind.
You can cancell it while charging or do it instantly. If you hold it for the full duration, it hits them the moment you touch them and then again during the kick instead.
You can also press the v-skill button again to stop mid-dash for mind tricks.
