So for new Medic I'm thinking:

Kind of sucks we don't get a discount on buying armor to off-set the increased cost.

Maybe soon sprinting will get a buff? As it is it only gives a marginal boost.

Mixed feels on support, especially the level 10 and 15 skills.

I'm going to miss that extra bulk in health, and tighter spread on shotties just feels silly, just make them slugs if you wanted them to focus singular targets.

I didn't even mean it in a "its ruined, cancel everything" way, it was just nice having a bit of extra beef to rely on when you were a close range fighter.

It can be argued firebug doesn't have that benefit too, but between high ammo count in 'mags' and reserves, heat wave causing everything to stumble back as well as general fire panicing and the passive sanic reloads, it came out fine when it needed to.

Holy shit those changes. I'll have to see how it turns out but is it finally happening? Also, explain that reactive armor to me. Does it mean that upon your armor being used up you explode, dealing damage to Zeds around you and leaving you to scramble to heal up that 1HP?

the only thing I don't like about some of these changes is that there's still too much repetition so some perks have really similar skills but overall it's better than what we have now

With everything else being improved people still won't care about Firebug. But maybe.

It's not like they're adding any new content/features in these perk reworks so how is the opt-in not available now?
As for content, SWAT and/or MA is the biggest thing they could put out that people would care about.
Maps don't really matter as long as it isn't horribly dark or like containment station, they could just make the museum map official they already worked on and add in a good community map this time around.

It was already dead, sedate was considered a stun when stun durations were nerfed so it's almost useless against boss zeds.

SS's current rack em up goes to about 70% damage, so the change effectively makes you lose 20% damage,

no idea how it will affect fp and sc combos, but i think fp combos will become even harder than they already are.

gonna be harder to get rack em up benefit with railgun, but m14 and dual 500/deag will have a lot more room for error

So.. How we rating this WWAUT so far?

I am unhappy that nothing was mentioned about SWAT or MA, but the awesome news for the perks makes up for it.

Which is coincidentally the same time that I hope Days of War releases, so that I can fall for the Early Access meme a second time.

All in all pretty nice, good to see the last two of the remaining starting 4 (medic and support) got attention and feel fresh.

Beserker looks like it'll be a more reliable tank before its recent change

Commando just got a slight buff but its something, backup stronk

Slinger is interesting, especially no recoil penalty from moving hipfires and 30% lower speed on zeds with headshot, can't wait to see what that's like

Demo getting reactive armor again is cool, slight nuke nerf sucks but understandable. Still a reliable force and I won't hate having one about.

Medic is definitely going to be mixed feels, no armor to offer and losing speed is a drag but these darts which pump you with temporary power drugs is far more interesting. Teammates getting chased and at low health? No problem, shoot that nigga and give him extra speed and natural resistance to get out of there. If it effects you when you self heal, i'll be a happy camper.

Firebug.. Honestly, I don't play enough and it doesn't look too different besides skills being switched about.

Support having a passive boost in carrying, supplier, ammo and being able to fix doors is great, potentially having 50% bigger mag, extra damage and supplier offering even more ammo AND armor is even more amazing, especially because the last rewards you with 20% extra ammo for yourself. All that I wonder now is will AA12 still cost a tier 2 to refill when you buy it.

Sharp just went up and beyond to be even more great, buffs everywhere and just squatting on the job gives you some nicer benefits.
