Grail Ascension would offer no extra text but the buff alone but it would work best if it was based on the servant.

Not likely. I think that may be where you can spend quartz on alternate sprites or something like that, if they let people save up and buy the servants they wanted they'd be deterring people from rolling the gacha, and the whole point of the gacha is to encourage people to keep buying quartz on the chance they get something they want.

To be fair, you only don't see people talk about him because not that many people like him. Medb isn't very good gameplay wise but you see her mentioned fairly often because people like her character.

Statistically with 300 quartz you should get a 5* servant, by making the shop ones 500 or more quartz they will earn even more

Lancelot was more wise in theory and that's one of the most useful skills in battle.

They just need to add the data that each servant has now 1 additional ascension stage which is increasing a simple number count. The personalized buff is just extra data like a new servant or CE.
