Was fairly sure the S14 and 15 where P-plate legal, the S13 isn't because its too light.

Autech S15's aren't a bad car and the NA engine itself is quite tough, its also really easy to bolt up a turbo to them later on...

I've been allowed to drive turbos and V8s in NSW since 2014.
However cars above 130kw/tonne and cars that the RMS considers "high performance" (aka "these cars aren't that powerful but we think hoons will drive them") like the S2k are banned.

Jap spec sr20det makes about 250hp and has a ball bearing turbo, aus spec sr20det has a normal turbo and is detuned to make about 200hp
Making an aus spec into a jap spec requires the bb turbo and a tune I think
