It seems like the high speed of both games don't come into play until the top levels of play. Overwatch uses well coordinated ult combos to blow through team fights, and good players will get ults very often, while Tf2 uses mastery of high skill ceiling mobility to cross large areas of terrain in conjunction with teleporters.

I find hard CC to ruin any game. Hard CC should be reserved for ultimates, because there's nothing more frustrating than removing total control from the player and allowing your enemy to get free hits, or a kill in.

Ever since his buff and rebalance he's given me trouble as Genji (at least against good McCrees that know to delay their flashbang).

I've been having a lot of fun playing as Roadhog lately. He tends to just erase McCree. It's hilarious when you make it your sole goal to just hunt them down until they switch off the memeing fuck.

It doesn't differentiate between games you've already left and games you've never joined because it's not part of the algorithm. Since it thought you were a good match for that game the first time, and no one has backfilled yet, it just throws you back in because of this lack of distinction. They don't want you leaving matches in the first place so they didn't put something that would be convenient for leavers in the matchmaking algorithm. I mean it's still an obvious fault but the only people it would benefit is the people they want to give the middle finger to anyway.
