Lightning storm is good, but only very situationally like when you're in a small corridor. In my experience the health regen gained from bountiful sunlight/other restoration spells don't help too much in invasions, unless you are up against a host that is running all the time and you have time for the miracle to actually be useful

Also Anri's SS regens health, so you can use it plus a buff for good damage if you have 30+ luck.

The decision comes down to playstyle. Yhorm's has higher AR, but it can't to 2HR1 in a row I'm pretty sure. FUGS has a more animations on its normal attacks, Yhorm's has a more useful WA, but again, it depends on if you want a greataxe moveset or FUGS moveset mostly
