I don't have stuff like Serenity at NP5. I got useless ones like Boudica at NP5, pulled like 10 more copies of her though, but the useful ones like Robin or David at NP3.

In fact I got Serenity yesterday and was happier than when I rolled Saber Unrivaled.

Make her see every enemy as a Roman for three turns. That would fix her.
