After I saved Nimble during the tutorial mission he sent me on another mission to track down a special armor in an area. problem is, the way to get to that area is through a tunnel and it's blocked off. can't go around the tunnel either because there is a fence trapping me in. How do?

After a 4 day investigation by the Ukraine police Vice unit 3 it's been decided that the zone breaks a number of laws and is now shut down.
Same idiot as before. I'm at the starting base camp after doing that missing for wolfe about clearing the boar's den, then all of a sudden the military men start attacking the small base camp for no reason. Now I have to keep defending against wave after wave of military men that won't stop attacking for no reason. Is this a glitch?

Nah, sometimes they'll be drawn closer to the camp and attack (usually by mutants that spawn, and they follow them.) IIRC they don't spawn continuously but there's a decent amount of them. They may/may not outgun the rookie village depending on how many come at a time.

Not really, you probably only came to close to the outpost and pulled aggro. The only solution is to either load an earlier save or fight off one wave and then run away from far enough to be outside draw distance.
Up by the tunnel where you found the armor should definitely be far enough. Then stay away from the village for a good while. It's probably about time you left for the Garbage anyway and when you're finished there it'll definitely be safe to return.
