I had a fun adventure once on my fledgling mage. Guy DM'd a solo quest involving me Solid Snaking my way into a den of bandits and shit. Some NE druid accompanied me and was going full weeb with shit like 'NOW I'M FIRED UP!!!' before he left.

It was a fun, completely random event from a stranger that helped me develop my character and their personality.

But most RP I come across is just tragically awful, so I just play the game or other things

Here's some more. I know Goldshire's easy mode but this hurt me.

My main RP experience in WoW came from rolling up on an RP server randomly one day and leveling up a character. Made a paladin in Vanilla along with a friend of mine who played a rogue. We ended up in a group with a priest, hunter and druid who all roleplayed to do the Deadmines and it was a blast. Like it's literally one of the fondest moments I've ever had in WoW. Most of the other RP I see though just seems cringey as fuck or it's insanely cliquey (like basically if you aren't in a guild or affiliated guild then you can fuck off).
