Cancerous business as usual. There is a new player test server thing where they are making radical changes to the game, not sure to what extent those chances actually matter or will be implemented. Some of it is very experimental.

The tier 6 one is pretty OP too if you spam APCR. It's one of those tanks that gets good stats all around to make up for shitty standard round penetration, which is a problem you can fix just by pressing 2.

clutch breaking and off road driving(?) is nealy useless on french lights/mediums
off road driving is useless on any tank for that matter
camo, 6th sense and bia should be your priorities
i know i have one myself. you dont even need to shot much gold to make it work

Yeah I use clutch braking and off road for my ELC and 13 90 for flanking and outmaneuvering tanks when I go in close and personal. Is BIA really worth it when I can just slap on some vents?
