>merge
>color balance tweaks
>draw over it a bit
>tweak colors more, sometimes use replace color for dynamic palettes
>draw more
>flatten image
>overlay texture
>duplicate layers; add slight CA
>flatten image
>add noise
>stamp
>????
>receive donut

Didn't think anyone would actually use my guide, sweet. I kinda feel ya with SeaPoint, but I got the custome music to work and well, im just a sucker for new town mods.

This NPC issue, I think I know a fix, that is if you have the issue relating to the exterior to Solitude. Load Solitude Reborn and JKs/Dawn of after Solitude Dock District. Dock District is very fickle and I had to personally move a few mods to load after Dock District to fix that NPC issue.

Skyrim is a strange beast. Solitude Docks District is now above all the other Solitude mods you mentioned (it was actually loading last), so we'll see how we go. That Helsmyrr Village mod looks nice, so I might uninstall Seapoint and have that instead.

Huion seems to be a decent brand. After both of my wacom tablets kicked the bucket (mainly due to the cord shortting out on me) I bought a Huion and used it for awhile. Comes with a rechargable pen as well as a USB cord (since you can plug any ol' USB mini to it)
