unfortunately he was talking to one of my party members, who was a filthy casual shit skin. he said GvG was his favorite event, then proceeded to not stfu and kept bragging in guild chat about how GM orange thinks hes sexy. im in a throwaway guild so people dont bother me cus im a lonely kirito, so the GM's chances were slim on choosing someone whod actually have real feedback.

No, you can repeat most of them over and over if you abandon and then pick them up again. The only ones you can't do that with are the ones that auto complete right after you finish the instance, most have you talk to someone afterwards though, those are fine. That's a really easy way to farm certain materials if you keep the respective quests.
