Some of you guys like to make the rude comment of the idols never being real. Okay, so let's test the limits of how 3D you're willing to go to make that true. Let's say there's a company that specializes in full prosthetic bodies and AI, and puts an AI into a body that's literally engineered to be like your favorite idol in looks and personality. The catch? It's sentient. It's self-aware of what it is, but still plays the part of your idol like it has a soul, and even feels genuine emotions, love included.

Would you a sentient AI-Droid of your favorite idol? And if you have to ask, she's anatomically correct too.

Other being sentient, there's no other catch? Like having a limited set of "lifespan" that once past that will go berserk? I'm no father of Astro Boy but I wouldn't mind if the ido-roid I commissioned wouldn't age while I do.

Sentience for an AI challenges the philisophy of accepting what is real, just the same as you would challenge how real the AI is. Suspension of disbelief is the play here.

Definitely. I have no qualms about any of the moral implications about androids and robots in general. A chance at happiness for me with the idol I love more than anything is something I would never be willing to give up.

It it knows that it's just a robot, won't that affect its behavior and make it so that it really can't convincingly pretend to be your idol, over a long time at least?

That's what I also really like about her and her being voiced by Ueshama, but she'll always be my second favorite ML.
