Should've done an EJ25T and STi transmission swap. Make it a boyracing hellhound in a WRX wrapper.

Yeah that would be nice but it wasn't in the budget. I actually looked at totaled STIs that could be stripped for parts and people wanted more than what I originally paid for the car for wrecks that had been wrapped around trees. Maybe someday.

It's surprising companies sell stock vehicles so closely resembling rally cars, I remember in my elementary school car book reading days, the book went on about how crazy the 250bhp Escort rally car was compared to the stock Ford Escort.

A decent STI beats both those cars around pretty much every circuit unless you do some autocross or something that's just all turn no burn.

There are plenty of beat on S2000's and 350z's, especially 350z's. The nice S2000's will set you back a lot more than a nice STI.

Okay seeing as a sti is worth more and comparable to the nismo 350z that gets Corvette z06 times. A nice s2k will be about 14 to 16,. Sti a real one will be closer to 20 same with the nismo

You can pick up decent STI's for around 6.9-8k for Classics/Blobs/Bugs.

Most of the 350's going at that range are just normal ones and you get similar quality S2000's going for that price bracket.
