Lance is SOOO lucky..
It's not stupid to put the skills you use most on the easiest hotkeys for you to reach. I organize my skills a bit differently though. I have regen, cure and cure II on Q, E, and X. My AoE heals are shift+2,3 and 6 (I have a g600 and the 6 button on the side is easy for me to hit). Divine seal, PoM, swiftcast, shroud, esuna are all on shift+d, e, r, x, c. Then I have benediction as shift+spacebar and tetra as shift+8 (another one that is only easy to hit because of my mouse). My damage skills are 1,2,3,4,5,6, 8 and I have asylum as 7, which doesn't fit with my pattern but again because of my mouse it's in a spot that works for me. Some of my stuff, like virus and e4e, are on the same keybinds that they are for scholar. I use the same general plan for all my jobs, with self buffs on shift+letters, damage/bread and butter on numbers, stuff that I need to hit quickly or my basic heals on Q,E,X (for example I use those for mudras for ninja, reprisal/low blow/dark arts on drk).
