This, I use Cynthia and Lynia.
Anything that I put Lynia in front of she will pen through regardless of who it is.
My Cynthia though is pretty much a k.o punch after Bell hits something which is leading me to stray away from a 4 man mid cause Bell just kills what's infront of her either way.

I use blue crit, blue crit damage, ES, dark crit damage. Could probably do with blue reflex over crit if i had a 4*.

Those stats are with Victoria and Vero in line. Guaranteed pen except vs WW unit with silla ace, and can counterattack shitty Metas.
