Start out with Bumba's and tier 1 boots, and your pots. Lay your spider trap on the speed camp and recall pre game twice, significantly speeds up the clear and you and your solo don't have to take damage.
Warrior Tabi, Void Shield / BoV, (Cool down or more power, your choice) Jotunn's, Stone Cutting, Bloodforge, Qin's Sais / Death Bringer. She has an attack speed buff and will usually be able to use it every engagement with full cool down, so she doesn't need attack speed. Qin's just helps shred tanks faster, or take a crit item. Your choice.

I did the math a long time ago, malice works better as a single crit item, at least on Arachne. It does more potential damage since you have no innate crit potential. Doing 2x the DoT damage is always great as well, it shits on squishies and ensures that you will get the kill.

You NEED qins, it's literally the best item for anyone who wants attack speed. Crit is also semi mandatory because you're a 100% auto attacker, so why choose and just get both at the same time?

Honestly speaking, if you're going to buy jotunns, just sell it for titans bane late game. Not only does Arachne not actually need cooldown reduction, but you're not going to survive long enough/your enemies are not going to survive long enough to use anything but your 1 twice, and that's already on a low enough cooldown that you will have it to use whenever you need it.

No, she has a 3 hit attack speed buff. This is different enough that it can be said that building more attack speed is not a bad thing. It's ONLY those three attacks and it has a cooldown on it. Qins is mandatory early/middle game simply because of this fact. Honestly speaking, if you're skipping out on attack speed as any auto attacker, you're a fool.

This I didn't link back to my build because I wasn't saying you absolutely need to copy mine, but I just had a problem with a lot of the things in in the build. Really, besides the void shield/BoV as a first item, it's not that bad of a build an would definitely be fine. Just save the defense for third item and it's all good.

It literally stares you in the face while you play. It doesn't show well in still frames, but in motion it's easy to see. The shoulder pads clip into the back of the chestpiece, in part due to the fact that they didn't update the skeleton and so the shoulders are set too far into the chest of the model. Also the wheels clip into the bottom of the shoulderpads. Why the fuck does he have wheels, anyways? This isn't even all of it, just what shows in the standing and moving animations.

Face is, the skin was made as fucking trash from the ground up, it's always been bad and only cucks who jerk off to their special snowflake badges of exclusivity think it's good at all.

Well I'm open to changing my build. Obviously I'm no where near the best or anything. So Warrior - SCS - Qins - BoV - Malice - Titans? And Bloodforge's passive is great imo, and her in hand healing + life steal restores more health than you're likely to take attacking someone, at least in my experience. Sounds like you're the spider waifu pro though.

The lobby animation is just the transformation, after it transforms it does the normal walking animation with a small side-to-side thing. Take it in game, look for yourself. This skin was poorly made, and it looks like shit because of it.

Well I don't mean to brag but there's only like two people I've seen with rank X Arachne other then me and one of them doesn't even play anymore so whatever that makes me, I guess.
BoV is fine but I'd rather get urchin as a catch all defense item. You're obviously buying BoV for the cooldown but I feel like you can do without it.
Like I said before, bloodforge passive IS good and certainly would help you a lot while trying to go ham. I suppsoe you could buy it in place of stone cutters but if you're going to do that, you should get qins before that. Alternatively if you're feeling confident enough and you're on a massive kill streak you could just buy bloodforge instead of a defense item and yolo shit. The lifesteal would surely help you become unstoppable.
Titans is jsut the best penetration item at late game. You could swap it with brawlers if they have a lot of healers or just 1 Aphrodite. Crusher is also fun if you want to backdoor.
Also I've heard people say that stonecutters as a first item is too expensive. It honestly is,quite an expensive buy at first item, but I feel like the tier 2 katana gives you just a small amount of power in addition to your boots as well as a big move speed boost (in addition to your boots) so you won't be behind while you're saving gold for stone cutters. It's also definitely worth it getting as lowering enemy protections by 30 and increasing yours by 30 in the early game is a really big deal that can make a difference. Squishies would end up having 0 protections while you're hitting them and that wouldn't just increase your damage but your team's damage on them as well. Some might disagree but I think it's worth it despite the cost. If you would rather not buy that first, just get jotunns instead.

I'm open for suggestions to my build as well but I've found this is what works the best for at least the way I play Arachne.
