IIRC Kronos II was made shortly after Nost went down to deal with the large influx of people looking for a new server to play on. The first Kronos has been around for longer and as a result has more endgame content available to it, but good luck finding anyone around your level to do elite quests and dungeons until you hit max.

I play the least needed role in the game, and I've never had problems finding groups on Kronos.

Well Nihilum hasn't had a full raid yet, so no problem there either. We've had like 38 in raid the last three or four weeks.

If you have friends that want to raid as well it's not hard at all. With two people you can throw caution to the wind as you can take out pretty much almost anything your level that isn't an elite. And if, by some divine miracle, you manage to have 4 other friends who want to raid AND are all able to play at the same time as you, you can probably just run dungeons and get to level 60 in less than two weeks.

Solo leveling on a new character with no welfare from higher level character is what separates the boys from the men. It forces you to play to your class's strengths to kill quickly and minimize downtime as well as to pull hostile mobs carefully so don't bite off more than you can chew. It's hell, but for me it's a hell that keeps the game interesting, knowing that death is always just around the corner.

If it weren't for the population, it would have been a subpar server.

Kronos I also had a population of about 800 max, during prime time EU weekend hours, roughly 3 months before the Nostalrius shutdown. Chero enabled over 5 weeks of x7 experience rate for an Anniversery event which siphoned off a lot of Nostalrius players who were unhappy with the Chinese bugfuckery going on with their server. Kronos I server easily doubled its pop to the 1.6 to 1.8k mark on primetime EU hours, weekends, but at the cost of a bloated number of level 60's floating around.

Then Nost died and holy shit was it a horror show when everyone ran over to Kronos, Chinese farmers included.

With the dust having settled, Kronos II is the superior server as it's more 'pure' without a x7 exp event ever having happened and numerous Chinese guilds getting shitcanned from both servers before damage could really happen.

Combat is of course the best, but I prefer to use the Supermacro addon and make a one button fighting macro for snoozefest questing and leveling.

First 2 points into Improved Sinister Strike, next 8 points into Malice 5 and imp slice and dice 3. The reason is so I can attack a mob with SS, go instantly into a 1 CP duration of improved slice-dice, build up 3 more CP, and Eviscerate before the duration ends.

Riposte is a goddamned amazing leveling talent (and PvP talent vs warriors in shit quest gear in mid levels) and if you skip it you better have a DAMNED good reason. It's so efficient, it just plain wins.

End spec at 60, assuming the use of Swords and that you just turned 60 and used this path for the level route on up.

I honestly don't know on Remorseless attacks. On Kronos that talent was fixed to work like retail, as base mangos has it fucked up. I THINK it does vanish after your first special move attempt that it would apply the bonus to. I tested it during the beta using an Ambush based build.
