No, no not the person. It's a very similar artstyle to something else. I want to say Dangonronpa/Steins;Gate/Attack on Titan almost, but I can't say of the three it's closer to.

Definitely DR.The artstyle itself doesn't really resembe any of the three, but the way it's colored and the stiffness are very DR-like.
