set aim assist to 70 so you don't get glued to thin air
60 HPS, up from 50 HPS beforehand. For comparison, Zen's healing orb heals 30 HPS.
As for her Ult, people can start moving sooner after she pops it.

Charge steering. A skill I see really good Rein's do is initiate team fights by charging around a corner, catching an enemy completely off guard with a pin.
When I am Zen, shield me from a DVa bomb when I can't get out way quick enough. Some Rein players have trouble blocking it or just LOS it.
