How do I make a good Leather Robe mog? I want to have a qt healing mog for my monk, but the only good mog really is the SoO one. I mean, I use it and all, but it seems boring to just use a tier set mog. I also have one based on that blue druid robe, pic related, but I dunno about it. it could definitely use a different weapon but that's easier to do.

Excepting combat all the rogue specs are boring but WW is actually really fun with having to use your combo stacks and using a new ability each time.

Did you not read Hit Combo or what the WW mastery is? Do you not see the importance of spreading mark of crane with SEF then having gigantic spinning crane kicks or using them to launch 3 chi orbs/waves and do multiple fists of fury? Or just taking Serenity for a more controlled burst CD?
Not to mention their artifact which drastically changes when/how you should touch of death.

Rogues are simply build combo points then spend them on one of two abilities most of the time.
The exception being outlaw.
Monks are tiger palm, rising sun kick, tiger palm, fists of fury, tiger palm, blackout kick, whirling dragon punch, etc.
There's much more variety and it's much more fun.
And no I'm not basing it off DPS, I typically only get around 8th out of 25 and I don't use DPS as a metric.
One of my other favorite dps specs right now is elemental shaman.
Which is extremely fun, it's just kind of crappy dps compared to other classes output.
Still among my faves regardless.
