Let's see, I've got 10 for bags of sand, 7 for oil drums, and about 4 for each metal bar.
As for mats, it's... 1 for blue, 1 for gold, 3 for silver. And 2 of the Carmilla CE, assuming that works for sandbags+oildrums.

If you consider that good NP gain you are wrong, they both get a decent amount with their only arts card, even more if it crits but it's not enough to fill it without help. also >using buster cards to get NP charge

7 Rusty Iron Bar (I think that's a rusty iron bar) - Shiki, Boudica, Medea are my only levelled ones. Good god. This one will be a pain.
21 Cement - Mashu, Medusa, Emiya, Hans. Wow they got this covered. Koujirou too.
19 oil - Jeanne Alter, Rider Kintoki, Kiyohime, Caster Liz, Drake, Nobunaga and Liz. Weird combination, but Jeanne Alter+Nobunaga and Cursed Arm Hassan for Crits. Kiyo and Drake for clearing.
As far as CEs go, only 1 Fue CE from previous gacha. Well thats going to suck. Hopefully i get some CEs later.
