Tree reflections are fine, but they're a bit too strong, I should probably also do some grass reflection in the low-right corner of the pond.
Now that he mentioned it - they look off because you highlited ripples and thus, their reflection should also be irregular to follow the flow of water.
If the water was static then it would be fine.
