Shame about the drop, thats a pretty bike.

well the footpeg broke off, headlight is trashed and the rear fairings are in pieces.

i got it all fixed now into working condition but replacing all parts that got damaged will take some time and money.

But I did. I sat on a friend's supermoto and I loved its size and comfortability compared to my sv650 which has an aftermarket seat (that's supposedly better than the original). If I dropped a supermoto I could easily pick it up but when I dropped my sv650 (which is 400lbs and not ezpz for a girl) I had to really push hard for it.
The lights are almost useless at night when going more than 50 but of course that could just be my bulbs and lens.
The aftermarket lights that fit this bike all look boring and ugly. The only ones I like are on the sv650s (because I could put halo lights in them) and in order for me to get something like that I'd have to buy an entire kit for my bike and at that point I might as well have just bought another sv650...

I'm not sure what aftermarket parts you know of that make the sv650 so great but everything I've seen so far is pretty universal.

most bikes headlights are useless (unless you own an 1199/1299 S or R model). Adjust your headlight to a lower position and just run with your high beams on.

Been riding a Yamaha YBR125 for just over a year now and want to move onto a bigger bike (been looking at a couple of CBF600's).

However living in the UK, I believe I would have to take two practical tests and two theory tests, the last at 24 so I can't legally ride a motorbike such as a CBF600 or R1/6 until at least 24 thanks to the EU legislation.

I've been riding my YBR around a city for the past 5 months without insurance or an MOT (unknowingly, sorted it now) and haven't been pulled over even when I have had police cars behind me.

Should I just risk it and buy and ride a bigger bike illegally m8s? Would I get bollocked if caught?
