They're not.

Problem is selfish units are just a joke in the meta and are just not needed. They need to fix attackers.

Some features:
- all the basic stat stuff, things like primary stats, position bonus, chain bonus, level/superb/transcendence bonus, powerup bonus, manager bonus, skin stat bonus, club stat bonus
- 11th character can be toggled and dragged around, can choose whether its own team character (no ace) or friend character (another ace) in options
- almost all skill effect types supported (read caveats part about this though)
- all skill targets supported I think (vertical line, enemy position, etc)
- skill and stone editing on characters

Caveats/gotchas:
- although pretty much all skill effects are supported, they still have to go through condition checks, the conditions stuff is still pretty incomplete, it can do a few things like activating passives when the character does a type of attack (steal, active, pen), when the character crits (see pic) and so on, but for conditions like "HP below X%" or stacking skills, those are still incomplete
- not much done on matchup target choosing, right now it just does a 1v1 between the characters you select on both sides
- the skill effects list in the middle can sometimes be misleading, there's a fair amount of skills which have non-standard conditions such as strikers who have the "increase damage by X% against Y and Z element" skills, those conditions are only evaluated during the action (attack/attacked), so those kind of skills will show up in the list but the damage calculation will still be correct
- it's still a super early-in-development tool, there's a chance some things are wrong

If you figure out what is wrong with Organization II vs Sharp Pass II, as an example, then you will understand what really needs to be done to correct that concern because I can assure you, it has nothing to do with attackers.

Looking in to that, one concern is that including CoD/CoT characters and skills will increase the site's js size even more, right now skills and characters are being filtered to only include regular ones. But I don't think CoD/CoT data would be a huge increase because a lot of the characters in them are just regular characters but with really beefed up levels in the later stages, along with a custom ace.

Anyway, yeah those kinds of features would be really cool, along with things like team randomizing and team generating based on user specified conditions, like total TA or using units only from a certain element. I'll also work on being able to import formations people have in user formations to the damage simulator.

Unrelated by how come we can import characters to the character book but can't import characters from the character book into "my characters"?

I know its not a HUGE deal but its a nice QoL thing.

I'll consider that, one issue with the bulk adder in the characters section is that it doesn't allow much customization of characters before adding them all.

The bulk adder thing could be revamped in to a more interactive thing which shows all the icons, similar to the chain calc, then some filters on the side to bulk de/select by element and rarity along with individually toggling certain characters, and also a filter for just importing from character book.

The character book section will also be getting changed a bit to be like that, probably one tab for bulk editing the ownership status of all characters and another for tab for bulk editing chain completion status. Should be just as easy to use as the standalone chain calculator is.
