This smells like bait but you do all resist mods like EE ele res etc for free because your damage is always consistent ignores ele res of mobs when you crit. Also you get lots of free cast and attackspeed.

2. no need for ele pen

Haste + Vaal haste ensure I go max fast, and legacy flasks make me invincible.
