For instance, look up the units that torque is measured in.
It's Newton-meters (or lb-ft if you're Amerifat). That's also known a Joules. It's a measurement of ENERGY.

Yea it has wrong info in it. Power is not work over time, its instantaneous. Energy is work over time.
I believe since it is a rotational force it says newton meters or foot pounds referring to a force of one newton or one pound placed on the end of a lever 1 meter or foot long. The torque that arm produces. So it is not a measurement of energy since it would have to involve time in some way.
