For dedicated pyros, CFA is usually not worth the att slot and FL because you'll already be starved for them. It doesn't scale all that well compared to other buff spells. Carthus Flame Arc is basically just a free resin for primarily physical builds that don't otherwise make much use of attunement slots or their FP.

For infusions, you generally want dark instead of chaos, though. Both do the same amount of damage, but dark is generally more effective against pvp targets.

It's not really possible to make a faith caster work at 80 or at any other active invasion range for that matter. I tried once, but I could only fit 40fth onto a level 80 build while still having functional vigor and I could only afford to shoot 600 damage sunlight spears 3 times before chugging blue juice. It was more trouble than it was worth.

Best "gesture" imo was in Dark Souls 1 if you spammed the Red Eye Orb after invading. It made a weird shrug and head shake which looked like your character was laughing.

So what build is viable and still fun for invasions? Or is the time of fun builds long gone and its either run this ugly min/max katana faggot or get shit on?
