Yeah, she can still deny ulties as well as ever, you just need to manage that shit bit better to have it up for the long ones like Reapy or Pharah. They would need to nerf it back into the release version or something, it wasn't really that great for the fast ones like Hanzo, Zarya or Tracer back then. Still can get pretty good damage blocked values too.
