I haven't had an issue with the reliability of my car yet but there are a couple of imperfect trim pieces in my car and they basically said ford wouldn't warranty replace the parts, even though I bought a higher trim model. I plan to escalate it to Dearborn to complel them to replace the parts under warranty.
