An easy way to do this is to scan the archives with ctrl+a, and then deleting all the smallest ones with shift+del.

I just finished while using OoThax. If you're trying to use OoThax on the target 3DS, you have to use the payload of 10.4, as that's what the save hack "dowgraded" it to.

That's wrong actually, only the NATIVE_FIRM is downgraded to 10.4, everything else is the current one. The relevant thing for launching homebrew is actually the homemenu version instead.

You have to use the version you see in system settings.
