More then likely the Boomer driving it had Juan finish his build for him, and he forgot to tighten the U-bolts. Nuts worked loose and when he took the turn the MATCHING NUMBERS rear axle decided it wanted to find the car it was originally in. Whats weird is the driveshaft doesn't look like its on either. It might be really cobbled together, or even some kind of FWD conversion or something.

It was a poor 4 link conversion. Whoever welded it had no idea what proper penetration is. That, combined with too much traction for its own good busted the welds.

But that's a painted rotor, not caliper. Also, the paint helps the rotor from corroding, and it will disapear on the contact patch, so I don't see what's so fun/bad about it.
