Has anyone had to deal with road rage while riding their motorcycle? I've witnessed road rage towards others but I've never had anyone do shit to me while I was riding. How would you handle it? I think I'd try to just ride away if possible, I don't want some psycho to run me over in his/her full size SUV..

can confirm, bicycles are great for balance practice, but dont get disappointed when you suck on a motorcycle by comparison,, it takes a while to adapt those skills to anything that heavy

They're decent bikes if you want a cruiser. Pretty damn reliable if you keep the carbs clean. The one in your picture will probably be obnoxiously loud with those pipes.

For me, as I was falling, my thought process was just "Welp, everyone drops their first bike, I guess this is my time."

I was traveling at 10 mph, hadn't waited for all the mud to clear out of my tires and I leaned it a bit too far over to make the turn onto the road. It's a dual sport, I've since dropped it a bunch on trails. Don't really care.

I'm looking for comfort and to put on a ton of miles but can't afford a touring. So a cruiser is the next best option for me

I figured as much. I'm trying to take as many miles off my car as possible. I do a lot of traveling as a consultant.

Imo standards are just as comfortable as cruisers and are more capable as bikes.

If you like it then power to you, but I would have got an ER-6n or a Ninja 650 instead.

Well the S has a Ninja 650 engine in it, different output though. I think it red lines at 9k

I paid $2,250 for it. Owner said it was salvaged due to a 5mph drop, nothing but a scratch on it. Mechanics confirmed it.
