What can you guys tell me about ST184 Celica? Considering it

Its sex

I'm looking at an american spec 1990 GT, how are they? Reliable?

I wanted a nice fun reliable DD to race around with a good hatch. This thing is cheap , great condition and has popups.
it has the 5sfe

if anyone has experience driving it and ownership i'd appreciate it. I don't normally come on Veeky Forums

Very reliable and comfy.
If you can get a GTS youll be much happier though
>them seats.
Dont expect to win any races. Its really just a comfy heavy version of a corolla.

Who says I can't win races? I'll be like that anime, Robot Detective K
I can't get a GT-S though, is it really that different?

>is it really that different
Quite a bit different.

It doesn't seem that different. Why do you keep posting the old Celica

Dont have pics of the 90s ones....
But there are some decent differences. Btw the GT had a 3sfe engine. The gts had the 5sfe

No the GT had a 5sfe

>fwd

Celicas are pieces of shit.
Heavy
Pigfat
Integra better every way

Integras are overrated, overpriced nigger magnets waiting to be stolen.

Get the Celia OP, it's not as fast as you might expect but it feels quick enough to have fun DDing it.

Shit suspension shit chassis
It can't turn

...

>It can't turn
Neither can any FWD

Thanks. There's also a 1988 Corolla GT-S coupe with the 4age that I was considering because it seems special. But it's in slightly worse condition, not as well cared for and doesn't have as many new parts for the same price as the Celica
. But it seemed need too.
The owner of the Celica is a mechanic and it's parked in his garage in those pictures so I feel like I trust it more, and for some reason it feels more reliable despite only being two years older. I guess I trust 1990 more than 1988 for some reason

b8

lol
Does it even have independent suspension

stop

>get celica
>everyone always asks if its the awd
>that "oh.." when you say no

No one asks this unless they are legally retarded.
Its obvious if its AWD
