Arms warriors: Do you use Colossus Smash on Tactician CD or wait for the debuff to wear off? I feel like it's worth it to use it whenever it procs due to big damage and the trait, but other times I feel like it's better to save it due to the un-predictable tactician procs

WoW PvE and WoW PvP both dont take much skill
only difference is the difficulty doesnt cap out at mythic for pvp, it caps out at whoever the best players you can play against.
