I don't think it would be that easy to make flavor text follow ID cards/voice changer, dunno how easy it would be to make it follow ling transformations either.

Prosthetic and mechanical limbs are different things, mechanical limbs start malfunctioning if they're below 100% health and get fucked over by EMPs while prosthetic limbs get ripped off if you get zas'd but are not affected by emps
