Bunch of fucking weirdos here.

>light

The fwd ones are like 2500 lbs and the turbo awd ones are a little over 3000 lbs. Not that heavy.

>2500 pounds
the base hatch is 2700

I was talking about the 4th gen but ya the later ones are a little heavier. Still not bad. If you want lighter you could go with an AE92 like I suggested above

wow can you say #raaaaaaaaaare

Not really rare man

ha I wish bro, sorry im still sore from dracula's butt buddy romance

What are rally rules on modifications

What about an 88 tercel or an 85 camry

this

How do you even find rally stuff in your area?

Triumph TR7

-Cheap
-Lightweight
-RWD
-Can fit a V8

Under appreciated af

youtube.com/watch?v=Qp1JJYtigEk

This car looks really annoyed

so you agree? FWD is inferior?

That one's a FWD shitbox, though.

There's only like 1500 RS Turbos out there. I saw one on CL for $4500 about a year ago, I wish I could have bought it.

>hurr FWD sucks
fuck off m8

This is so much better than any joke I could have made about Veeky Forumstists breeding

FB RX-7
>2200 pounds
>100 hp on a 12a
>130hp on the GSL-SE 13b
>Get a 13b, the early ones had fuel injection
>tarbo, street or bridge port it
>shoot for 300 hp
>weight reduction, bro
>add an LSD and double plate clutch

this board needs an age gate

>twin plate clutch on a torqueless shitbox

Try to get anything FWD or AWD. You can rally just about anything, as long as you have lots of dampening and a few inches of lift. Golfs, Imprezas, or anything compact will work. RWD Cars will take a LOT more work to correct oversteer, and your going to oversteer a lot more on a surface like dirt.

60mm p-port on the 12a would solve all of your problems

Thanks to lemon law here in the states, the used car buyback screwed the used car market. Thanks invisible hand.

youtube.com/watch?v=hqq7eqXYRu4

Jimmy McRae has a V8 Firenza, used to race V8 TR7's aswell

Peugeot 206/306, Renault Clio/Megane, Citroen Saxo/Xsara, Fiat Punto, Seat Leon's can all be had cheap.. Skoda octavia/fabia vrs's if you want cheap awd.

proof that RWd is better

>all this ding dong bing bong bullshit that nobody understands

ebay.co.uk/itm/122058553589

fuck offfff

>Thanks invisible hand.

Am I being rused?
>Barrack decides government intervention into used car market is necessary

sandiego.craigslist.org/csd/cto/5684425327.html

niggers

25 year old pakis who sell M-CAT out of their dad's corner shop and need a 6-Series for the rep, innit?

U r dum

Good luck trying to compete in any of the official classes with a V8

Rwd is king

why in the fuck is a mini cooper your go-to thought for a rally car?

I don't think you have a clue what you're on about

£5,000 is about $14.25 now you're getting out of the EU isn't it?

because no fulvia

Let's look at a few of the most successful wrc cars and their suspension designs

Subaru Impreza? MacPherson

Mitsubishi Lancer? MacPherson

E110 Corolla? MacPherson

Citroen DS3? MacPherson

Lancia Stratos? "The front suspension initially used a double-A-arm setup, as on many purpose-built race cars. But early racing failures forced a hasty redesign. The arms were replaced by a MacPherson strut capped by a strong box structure." -Road and Track

>corolla
>good
fuck off ricer kid

Tell that to Carlos Sainz

>tfw want to swap a beams 3sge into my v10 camry and rally

You could probably rally the Camry as is (if it's a V6)

Its a v10 camry it doesnt have a v6

oh yeah a viper swap huh? Nice man

Come on

Oh you probably have the BMW V10 out of the M5 huh

kek

>YWN own a CS 5th gen Celica

>arguing with results
Stay retarded.

"Special editions of the GT-Four models were produced for the public in extremely limited numbers, 5000 units, for WRC homologation requirements. They are considered a collector's item by some enthusiasts. The ST185's homologation version is called the GT-Four RC in Japan, Group A Rallye in Australia, or Carlos Sainz Limited Edition (CS, after the driver) in Europe, and general markets."

so you think FWD is shit?

rwd?

1wd actually

yeah, I saw that too. I kept thinking about for days after.

would probably be a very smart investment

Yo supercharge
