Its the perfect 1st roadster. Affordable, simple engine layout, cheap parts, reliable, easy to tinker, not jammed full of electronics, etc. Can't think of a reason not to buy one.

Because it doesn't have a zillion hp, and it doesn't have so many electrics that you have so little steering feel that an engine swapped Camry has more steering feel.
Ps, I know this isn't a roadster in the strictest sense, but it's an open topped 2 seater.
