Its not really an arithmetic issue even, I just took the fruits at face value and didnt notice that there was a different number of them in the picture. So its more of a logic problem isnt it?

It literally makes no sense.

So I had the displeasure yesterday of having to pug a DPS spot out in a late night HoV run. It was four guildies (myself healing) and this poor 105 BM hunter. As we're running, we realize that this guy is at the very bottom of the meter, and not just by a bit but by a LOT. So we take a look at what he's doing. No pet out, auto attack is his most used ability. Generally doesn't seem to know what he's doing. I decline a vote to kick him and we keep going. Took us way longer than it should have but we got it done.
At the end, after Odyn, I send him a /w and ask why he didn't have a pet out. He replied that he always gets yelled at for having his pet out. Having a hunter myself, I explain that as a BM hunter, a pet is a big part of game play and that if he didn't want to do a pet, he should try MM, pointed him in the direction of icy-veins.com and called it a night.
This poor guy some how got to 105 and was terrified to ask for help or had been so used to being yelled at, just accepted it as a part of the game.
There has to be a change in our community as a whole for situations like this to be fixed. Help your fellow player if they're doing badly, maybe they legitimately don't know that they suck. Don't just tell them they suck and that's it. We were all new once, we all sucked once.

Should I join a shitter guild or wait for the better guilds to start recruiting? There's a guild that formed in late february and downed mythic arch in april, that's pretty late but is it acceptable for a new guild? I didn't play WoD so don't know how easy he was at that time.

Odyn's champion is unrewarding as fuck, it rarely procs and rarely reduces your cooldowns at all. I enjoy the rotation more than arms but the numbers just feel so on the low side for all the attacks im doing. The AoE is great but the rest of it just isnt there.
