You used to be able to have 3-4 Big Daddies out at once, and 3-4 Fancy Twists. Now, you can have 2 and 2. As far as I can tell, the Dark Queen limit increases aren't swappable.
Overall, they probably got a 20-30% buff over what the other classes got when you have like full Epics, but they also got way harder to itemize for in a lot of ways.

Vetala's storybook doesn't reveal much. She's one of a few guardian dragons left in the world, and she ran away from home (with the permission of her teacher) to protect the Pentacles in Silver Crown even though The Empire and by extension humans effectively genocided most of their race.
Luther outright says he's never even seen Bakal and that his father was some foot soldier in his army. Neither of them were really involved with the invasion.

It's not the Empire being OP, it's just Dragons in general are extremely weak in the Aradverse. At least, the ones that can't shapeshift into humans.

It was never implied she was Clara, it was implied that she was dead because of the Abandoned Headband + Denkas Skeleton.
Clara was a doll in Iris's old Animation Shop that somehow got a Human's Soul inside of it and came to life. There was never anything that implied that soul belonged to Lorianne people only thought Clara = Lorianne because both were blonde.
