Alive? Yes in that there's never a time when it takes a while to queue.
Good? That's really up to what you're expecting out of it. It's not the open world MMO initially promised but if you're looking for a fun game to stomp pubs in pvp matches with a 40K skin then it's bretty gud.

Auto cannon is good fun if you want to feel like you're playing a loud stealth archer. Las is a nice sniper rifle great for stealth archer builds. And plasma is for that stealth archer that wants to lob his arrows into masses of enemies (or friendlies, mostly Dreg)

user eldar are highly specialised, if you are using fire dragons for anything but flipping the bird to stationary transports/chump vehicles you are a shitter playing them I'm afraid.

they are dedicated anti vehicle, Im sure you could use them to get kills, but there is FAR cheesier shit on eldar right now

Seriously through. Something is very wrong when the Eldar stomp all the factions. EVERY match with Eldar ends up with them winning. They can take a punch like they are a chaos space marine and their hitboxes are way smaller. what the actual fuck?

well user they were as bad as orcs are for quite some time, they deserve their moment, that said its because of a few things

the transports are op as fuck and can cheeze the no go vehicle zones, and outdamage all the other transports
and never get caught

due to warp speed hitting the fuckers is difficult, this leads to 99999% of your shots missing(unless you just cover their general area in dakka) also the shit netcode doesn't help.

also go banshee and spam light attacks, never lose.

basically EVERYTHING except their toughness, they still die easy, just gotta hit the shits though

Eldar are one of the first 40k races m8. Orks, Eldar, Chaos and the Imperium are the cornerstones of 40k upon which it is founded.
They are pretty popular.

I played a week or so ago and it's still an alpha-state game, but they are releasing it tomorrow.

All the reviews are certainly going to be terrible. In it's current state you don't get much more than a less polished Space Marine multiplayer with the addition of 2 factions.

With terrible reviews from a release that's way too soon the game will forever be mediocre because working on it is an uphill battle.
