So I'm new ED. I've been flying a Viper MKIV around for a while, not sure what I should upgrade to. Do I save for a Vulture, or should I try on of the Multirole ships (I've been flying nothing but combat vessels so far.

Also, I don't really have a sense of purpose. Is there anything I should be working towards? Should I be heading towards the centre of the galaxy or something?

F7C MK2 Tracker when?

If we get the F7C MK sale at CitCon (to tie into the SQ42 trailer/gameplay) then I wonder if we could expect a new hornet variant. It'd be pretty fucking great if they put up the base F7C then had a module pickn' mix.

The latter is just a super hornet with a radar instead of a ball turret.

Actually I think the Ghost might turn out to be slightly more stealthy, Sabre's main focus is dogfighting with a secondary focus on being efficent. The Ghost is basically a full component and outer hull conversion.

If wanted a proper stealth ship though I'd go for the upcoming Aegis Eclipse.

They did specifically mention that the Ghost is still just a modified Hornet while the Sabre is built from the ground up to have less emissions, but then again, they wouldn't dare make a ship better than the Hornet in any way.

Viper 4 isnt much of a combat vessel, its more of a dadbra 3. Dbs or courier if you want combat. Type 6 or asp x for light trading/ explorer.

Python if you want to do all but explore bretty gud.
