Why the fuck would you do that when you can't reduce the cool down on blazing beam and have to wait for its GCD anyway? You just end up missing an extra lmb or rmb with every 2 which is a huge dps loss.

the silent fm rotation is when you play a fm and shut the fuck up & never talk because talking to others is a waste of time, not to mention you lose dps by ever caring about anything other than dps
