depends on the proxy. there's some proxy detection at time of posting (if you have common open ports) and you have to keep in mind how much shitposting goes on so it can take a while to get a list. then you get a flood of shitposting like this and all of those IPs get banned (at least temporarily, probably for a week or more) and you have to find more if you want to do shit like this sooner.

many common paid VPN ranges are blocked too. before the existence of the Veeky Forums pass they were completely banned from posting, now most VPN ranges are blocked from posting unless you use a pass.

Veeky Forums gets over 27 million unique visitors per month and bans can be specific to boards. While banning T-Mobile would inconvenience some users, it also has to be considered to the degree of harm the shitposting user is doing. T-Mobile visitors to Veeky Forums are probably a very small proportion versus the total number of users on the board.

The only other way would be to convince the mods/hiroshimoot to complain to T-Mobile with times/IP addresses and have T-mobile lookup the account that had that IP at that time and terminate his ass. I'd put the likelihood of that barely above zero.
