For that much money I think I might be kicking the tires on a Porsche Cayman or used 911.
The new Camaro looks good from the outside but it truly is what's on the inside that counts.
And what's inside? No outward visibility, garbage storage, and an awkward as fuck rear seat that's basically a dungeon to your passengers.

Does ANY 2+2 have a usable back seat?

Depends on your definition of "usable" but the camaro commits the sin of not giving passengers windows to look out of.
The problem with most 2+2 cars is that even if they give passengers enough footroom they don't have enough headroom, because the coupe styling is what sells the car to begin with.
