>thread will immediately go to shit because GM memes

Discussion won't happen, but posting anyway for those who are genuinely curious.

1LE is looking like a good deal.

>2017 Camaro ZL1 will be priced at $62,135 for coupe models and $69,135 for convertibles
Holy cow. Suddenly the price advantage (you know, the ONLY thing GM fangirls have to brag about) over international Marques starts getting slimmer.

Still cheaper than a base price M4.

>10-speed automatic transmission

When you need a high performance CVT...

That's good. It'll help subsidise the ongoing downtime when it lunches an engine every 1000 miles.

For that much money I think I might be kicking the tires on a Porsche Cayman or used 911.
The new Camaro looks good from the outside but it truly is what's on the inside that counts.
And what's inside? No outward visibility, garbage storage, and an awkward as fuck rear seat that's basically a dungeon to your passengers.

>rear seat is a dungeon for your passengers

Does ANY 2+2 have a usable back seat?

Depends on your definition of "usable" but the camaro commits the sin of not giving passengers windows to look out of.
The problem with most 2+2 cars is that even if they give passengers enough footroom they don't have enough headroom, because the coupe styling is what sells the car to begin with.

>by 2000
The cheaper meme is no longer a thing. I wouldnt buy a boy racer car for 63k. Unless you have a fetish for blindspots the size of OPs mom

wow thats the price of a c7

>who is buying this shit?

The SS time must be manual, SS auto does 4 and theres youtube videos of it doing 3.9

You can't get the 1LE in automatic.

Which is kind odd since it's basically a lap time package, but I'm fine with it

> he fell for the german reliability meme

>paying 60k for a camaro

B-but my superior lap times!

Well thats retarded

They all seem like pretty good deals for the performance you get

How do I convince my parents to buy me a 2017 camaro SS?

Suck your mom's dick

I don't think you know what the word "meme" means.

>still gets blown the fuck out by an M4 GTS
If you're going to spend a fortune anyway, may as well get the superior vehicle.

I'd take a zl1 over a c7 and base grand sport all day.

0-60 in 3.5 and 11.4 @ 127 mph

>60k is comparable to 200k
Not all car enthusiast are retarded like BMW fanboys.

Apparently, on this board, the camaro and the bimmer are direct competitors.

Slower than a 2013 Shelby GT500.
