I think it's implying that the 4afe has similar intake runner design to an F1 engine. At the time, wide valve angle was thought to be better for flow but it turns out it isn't.

Look it up, the 7 rib blocks after the Blue Top are essentially identical up through the blacktop, so the GZE block is the same as the Silvertop block, some accessories might have to be relocated but it will bolt on to the block
