having to get the drill and thermite in the copy room in FWB makes no sense since it's not even stealthable in PD:TH though

Why in the fuck are people playing shitty specs and joining DW without at least Inspire Aced? You can have whatever shitty role playing spec you want, but have that godamn inspire aced. Why are people so fucking dumb, why wont they get that skill. They are such a godamn burden without it. I should just kick people without inspire aced...

200-250 hours wouldn't be a stretch.

But still very suspicious because even though leveling is easy, that doesn't mean the newbie played optimally to grind that quickly.

Note that before SR DW was nerfed, you could hit a level of infamy in 4-6 hours of non-stop ECM rushing so multiply that by 25 and it's 100-150 hours. Rats PrOVK w/ 7 bags of meth is like 45 minutes and gives about 1.5 mil without infamy bonuses. Even ignoring shit like exp penalties, that's 15 Rats runs per infamy level at the early stages. So 15*45 = 675 minutes = 11.25 hours. So multiply that by 25 and it's about 281 hours. And that's assuming you started grinding optimally the moment you started playing.

So actually I guess anything under 300-350 hours is very, very suspicious.

Just check the times between infamies and then look up pd2stats and see how many Rats, Hoxton Memeouts, and Shadow Raid DWs he did.

Like, there's the chance he legitimately sat through 0-100 Cook Off / Santa's Workshop / Counterfeit / White Xmas games but I doubt it.

I did a DW Santa's Workshop with 121 bags (including titan safe) + at least 2 team boosts + 4 crew alive + XXV infamy bonus and got 12.9 mil exp. That took 74 minutes. Santa's Workshop apparently has a lv 10 job class so you don't lose any exp for dropping into it at lv 0.

Infamy bonuses are:
- 5 x 5%
- 8 x 7.5%
- 12 x 10%
For a total of +205% exp, aka. basically triple the exp at XXV compared to 0.

So a lv 0-0 would get 4.3 mil exp doing the same 121 bag run. Their first tour of infamy on that alone would be 5.5 runs which is 407 minutes or about 6.67 hours. XXV-0 to XXV-100 would be 2 runs so 2.5 hours.

Assuming linear change for time taken per infamy (it isn't but who cares) going from 0-0 to XXV-100 on 121 bag runs of DW Santa's Workshop is:

(6.67 + 2.5) * (26/2) = 8.17 hours * 13 = 106.21 hours

That is the minimum threshold number I would go with.
For speedrunning.

You get one random safe per week that you can sell for decent profits. Apart from that, just buy skins at really low prices and sell them at normal prices.
