I hate Emerald sometimes.

People tend to prefer fighting against the easier enemy, consciously or not. They do the same thing on Connery; every day, all day long there are 96+ enemies on the blue borders, and you're lucky to find a hex with 48 enemies total on the VS/TR borders. The only time I see it change is at biofarms and when alerts are about to end and the whole thing is hinging on one battle.

There's enough pop on the server for several decent fights, but they won't attack a base without 75% pop, so it's all for nothing. Each lane gets an uncontested zerg, and fights are shit as result. If there is by some miracle a good fight going, without a doubt 10 PPA or Banshee ESF's will turn up to strangle it out.
