You get 8 from the quests. 4 quests, each gives 2 jacks.

AB2 is a flat 1.4x multiplier, just divide your numbers by 1.4 if it triggers

I am reading the pastebin raid guide and it says quest 57 has the most enemies to make Raids spawn but the pastebin also says this information is outdated. Is there a better quest with more enemies now?

57 is still the best on a regular day because it has the highest heartless per AP ratio, but with 0 AP, there should be some better ones in the 400s. look for stuff with the objective "kill 25 heartless"

Yeah, though even if I did get her I'd still be tempted to throw RAX in there just for the free APP.

When I mentioned that some of the information in the Raid Boss infographic was outdated, I was mostly talking about the amount of Heartless needed to spawn a Raid. Quests 10 and 57 are still the most AP-efficient quests for defeating Heartless (14 for 3 AP and 28 for 6 AP)
