I assume you're probably getting caught while farming and the way to prevent that is simple, watch the minimap
If you can see most of them - farm
If you can't - back to your tower or even the base.

It's not really the dying that I do mistakes, I'm pretty careful and among my peers I do feed the least.

It's bad itemization, tunnel visioning on one idea when I don't see how I sohuld do something else.

The other is never forget any mistakes you've made, learn to extrapolate them to other situations you find yourself in that are likely to end in a mistake and act accordingly to prevent.

You can always spam bristleback, too. It's probably the most "I made a mistake but it ended up going ok" hero in the game.

How do you fit a dota clone into an MMO? Dota and LoL are dependent on unique heroes starting at an equal level and reaching a level cap during a game. How would that function in an MMO when people are already leveling outside the context of the dota-clone?

Would the MMO have hundreds of classes in order to mimmick Dota heroes?
Would your MMO class be irrelevant within the game and you just pick a hero with the dota mini game?
Would your hero level in the MMO be irrelevant within the context of the dota mini game?
If so why bother having it as part of the MMO? Why not just log out of the MMO and go play Dota or LoL or whatever.

If you mean MOBA as in literally a multiplayer online battle arena almost every MMO already has this. HotS is literally WoW battlegrounds except isometric.

Yeah the appeal of the genre is that it compacts the mechanical RPG experience of growing stronger and gaining skills and items into a tiny segment of time (relative to a traditional RPG or MMO).

That's why I find it strange when people compare games like Overwatch or even Battlerite to Dota/LoL. They might be superficially similar (multiplayed objective based competitive online games) but the experience is much different.

If he's clever he will adjust his HP pool to survive bursts though, and then if hes not stupid he'll also have stick charges built up to live through silence
getting blink + dagon on puck before he starts walking around with more hp is possible, but its hard if he has good farm and knows what he's doing

This preliminary patch might be a very short lived, depending on whenever Valve will host a major this year, and here is why. With a major comes it's own compendium/battle ass, last time we had one for fall was on 3rd of October, around 50 days before an end of the Frankfurt Major. This year around Manila Major Qualifiers we had 6.87 released at 25/04, that was less then a week away from an open and main qualifiers. So, there is not much time to host a major and I doubt they will want to shift it all the way to December.

Valve might just sack this fall major and go for a winter one, but I don't think it will be good for them, no compendium, for us, no major e-sports, and more importantly for teams who will have to wait till next year to prove their relevance plus majors on a fresh meta are fun.
